आईपीएस अफसर अमिताभ ठाकुर ने 27 नवम्बर 2016 को
उत्तर प्रदेश संघ लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा ली गयी समीक्षा
अधिकारी की प्रारम्भिक परीक्षा की द्वितीय पाली, समय 14.30 से 15.30 बजे
के सामान्य हिंदी के पेपर लीक मामले में थाने पर
एफआईआर दर्ज नहीं होने पर एसएसपी लखनऊ को धारा 154(3) सीआरपीसी
में पत्र भेजा है.
अपनी शिकायत में उन्होंने कहा है कि
अख़बारों में आबकारी पेपर लीक की खबर पढने के बाद इस
परीक्षा के कई अभ्यर्थी उनसे मिले और कहा कि उनमे से
एक आलोक कुमार के मोबाइल नंबर पर एक दूसरे मोबाइल से
वाट्सअप के जरिये आने वाले पर्चे के उत्तर परीक्षा
शुरू होने से पहले भेजे गए. उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसे मेसेज
दूसरो के मोबाइल पर भी आये थे.
अमिताभ ने कहा कि उन्होंने स्वयं देखा
कि 02.30 बजे
शुरू होने वाली परीक्षा के लिखित उत्तर के तीन पृष्ठ
आलोक के व्हाट्सएप पर उसी दिन 02.23 बजे
आये दिख रहे थे. उन्होंने इन उत्तरों को हिंदी
प्रश्नपत्र से मिलाया तो 60 में 48 प्रश्नों
के उत्तर पूर्व में ही भेजे गए मिले.
SSP Lucknow asked to register FIR in
Review Officer Paper Leak
After refusal by SHO Hazratganj to
register an FIR, IPS Officer Amitabh Thakur today
presented a complaint under section 154(3) CrPC
before SSP Lucknow requesting her to get an FIR
registered as regards allegations of Paper leak in
General Hindi paper in second shift exam between
02.30 to 3.30 PM on 27 November 2016 for the Review
officer and Assistant Review Officer Preliminary
exam conducted by UP Public Service Commission.
In the complaint he said that many
candidates of this exam met him after coming to know
of the order for registration of FIR in Excise
constable exam leak and told him that in this exam,
one Alok Kumar answers to the questions to come in
the exam before it actually took place. They said
such messages had also come on others’ mobiles.
Amitabh said he himself matched the
answers with the Hindi question paper to find that
while the exam began at 02.30 PM, Alok had already
got the replies to atleast 48 of 60 questions in
Hindi exam his WhatsApp message by 02.23 PM.
