Uttar Pradesh Samachar Sewa, Agency for Web News in Uttar Pradesh. इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय ने आज जमीन अधिग्रहण पर ऐसितहासिक फैसला सुनाते हुए किसानों को बड़ी रातत दी है। हाई कोर्ट ने गौतमबुद्धनगर के तीन गांवों की जमीन का अधिग्रहण रद्द कर दिया है जबकि 60 गांवों को किसानों को 64 प्रतिशत अतिरक्त मुआवजा देने का आदेश दिया है। इस फैसले से प्रदेश की मायावती सरकार सन्न रह गई है। क्योंकि प्रदेश नोएडा और ग्रेटर नोएडा अथारिटी द्वारा किये गए अधिग्रहणों के पक्ष में ये विबाग जोरदार पैरवी कर रहे थे।

उच्च न्यायालय की विशेष पीठ ने आज गौतमबुद्धनगर के 63 गांवों की याचिकाओं पर सुनावई करने के बाद दिये फैसले में कहा कि गांव असदुल्लापुर, देवला और शाहबेरी गांवों की जमीनों का अधिग्रहण रद्द किया जाता है। ग्रेटर नोएडा अथारिटी इन गांवों की जमीनों को तत्काल किसानों को लौटा दे। जबकि 60 अन्य गांवों के किसानों को राहत देते हुए कहा है कि उन्हें 64 प्रतिशत अधिक मुआवजा दिया जाए और विकसित जमीन में से 10 प्रतिशत अतिरिक्त जमीन प्रदान की जाए। ज्ञातव्य है कि जमीन अधिग्रहण के खिलाफ 491 किसानों ने याचिकाएं की थीं।

Summary: The Allahabad High Court today cancelled land acquisition of three villages Asadullapur, Shaberi Village and Devla in the region, of the 63 villages that had appealed against forced acquisition. The court raised the compensation by 64 percent in addition to getting 10 percent of the developed land, for the remaining 60 villages. Farmers who have already been paid compensation can return the compensation and claim their land.
